About Us
The El Rophe Center is a unique Christian counseling ministry for individuals and families. By blending the Word of God with sound clinical psychiatric principles, our staff seeks to bring healing to any and all persons—body, mind and spirit. We are not affiliated with any church or denomination, nor do we turn anyone away based on their beliefs. El Rophe (El Ro-fay) is Hebrew for "God Heals."
We recognize the nature, dignity and destiny of each person as created in the image of God. We believe that all persons are sensitive human beings whose physical, emotional and spiritual health may be adversely affected by illness, tragedy, unfavorable circumstances or poor choices. Based on these principles, El Rophe provides a caring therapeutic environment for the entire person.

Additional Information
The El Rophe Center also seeks to be an extension of the church into the community by teaching people to put Scriptural truth and psychological principles to work in their lives by means of radio, seminars, mental health literature and the internet. As such we invest our resources of time, love and commitment into this ministry. Our operating expenditures are considerable and we endeavor to keep our counseling fees as low as possible. However that is only attainable through God’s people reaching out to encourage others. The El Rophe Center is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt agency. We welcome any individual, group or church who would like to help us in our mission to provide help for as many hurting people as possible.
